English Language Instruction
Various classes are available in the community for adults who's first language is not English.
ESL (English as a Second Language)
ESL instruction is offered in Oxford County by Thames Valley District School Board at:
- Blossom Park Adult Education Centre in Woodstock
- The Livingston Centre in Tillsonburg
LINC - Language Instruction for Newcomers
If you are new to Canada and need help learning English free classes are available.
Students must be landed immigrants or convention refugees (may not be a Canadian Citizen)
Permanent Residence card or Immigration Documents required to register
All students will be assessed by the LINC Assessment Centre
LINC 1,2,3,4, and 5
Speaking, listening, reading, writing, pronunciation and grammar.
Classes are held at the following locations where you can drop in and register during class time:

Mondays & Wednesdays
6:30p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
